Japanese manufacturing is widely recognized for engineering discipline, precision, quality-focused production, and long-term equipment performance. IPS helps international customers access this expertise through a structured and responsive manufacturer-representative relationship.
We coordinate with customers and manufacturers to clarify technical requirements, align specifications, manage communications, and support procurement activities throughout the supply process.
Our role may include:
- Identifying suitable Japanese manufacturers and technology providers
- Reviewing technical specifications, datasheets, drawings, and inquiry documents
- Coordinating technical clarifications between customers and manufacturers
- Supporting commercial proposals and quotation reviews
- Facilitating communication with engineering and procurement teams
- Following up on manufacturing and delivery schedules
- Coordinating inspection, testing, and quality documentation where applicable
- Supporting export documentation, packaging, and logistics coordination
- Assisting with spare parts, replacement equipment, and after-sales requirements
